2. The Core: Access Bars (50 min)

Now that the outer walls are gone, we enter the “inner sanctum” for a deep cognitive cleanse.

The Role: Much like deleting obsolete files from a computer, this process discharges unnecessary beliefs, emotions, and patterns stored in the subconscious. It guides the brain and consciousness into a state of “Ku” (Sunyata/Emptiness)—a space free from all judgment.

Note: After this deep discharge, consciousness becomes exceptionally receptive and delicate.

3. The Integration: Crystal or Tibetan Bowls (20 min)

Once the “vessel” has been emptied by the Bars, we resonate sound one last time to fill the space.

The Role: Filling the cleared consciousness with the pure high-frequency vibrations of crystal (quartz) to “coat” and anchor new light into your being.

The Effect: This converts the “floaty” post-session feeling into a state of “crystalline clarity” functional for the real world. It’s like pouring premium oil into a newly overhauled engine and sealing the lid—grounding you back to Earth while maintaining your high-frequency state.
